OAKS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS is a growing Christian community based in Athi River, Kenya. We are led by Pastor Judith Muindi and Pastor Christine Mutiso and are dedicated to preaching the Gospel, encouraging believers, and creating a place where people can fellowship, grow, and serve God. Our name reflects God’s promise to make His people “oaks of righteousness” for His glory (Isaiah 61:3).

  • Faithful teaching from the Word of God, which equips us for every good work (2 Timothy 3:16–17)
  • Intentional discipleship and spiritual growth as we grow in the grace and knowledge of Christ (2 Peter 3:18)
  • A welcoming family for worship, prayer, and service, devoted to fellowship and prayer (Acts 2:42)

We believe that every believer has a role to play in the body of Christ (1 Corinthians 12:12–27). From worship and prayer to outreach and caring for one another, we are committed to building a strong, Christ-centered community that brings glory to God.

Fellowship Prayer Gathering

Why We Gather

We gather to worship God, hear His Word, encourage one another, and be equipped to serve Him faithfully in our homes, workplaces, and communities. We do not give up meeting together; we spur one another on toward love and good works (Hebrews 10:24–25).

Sound Doctrine

We teach the Word of God with clarity, reverence, and practical application for daily life, trusting that God’s Word is a lamp for our path (Psalm 119:105).

Fellowship

We create space for prayer, encouragement, and meaningful relationships that strengthen the church family (Acts 2:42–47).

Service

We are called to serve Christ and meet the needs of people around us with compassion and humility, as each person uses their gift to serve others (1 Peter 4:10).
